Full Medical Assessment We start with understanding your body — not guessing. • Check your weight, waist, blood pressure • Run key blood tests (sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, liver, kidneys) • Look at your weight history, energy levels, and lifestyle Most importantly: we listen. We take your symptoms seriously. 2. Are You Eligible? We don’t give weight loss meds to everyone — only if it’s safe and appropriate. You qualify if: • Your BMI is 30+, or 27+ with hormonal issues like PCOS or insulin resistance • You’re mentally ready to start changing your life • You’re not pregnant and don’t have an active eating disorder 3. Doctor-Led Treatment Plan If you’re eligible, we create a plan together. • We explain everything: options like Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy • You learn how they work, what to expect, and how to inject them • We only start after full informed consent 4. Nutrition & Movement Support Medication alone is not magic — we help your body respond better. • High-protein, low-sugar eating (no starving!) • Movement that fits real life — strength over cardio • Access to a coach, dietitian, or physio if you need one You’ll have a structured plan you can actually follow. 5.
